The terms that govern your use of the BeScan Android application.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BeScan mobile application ("BeScan", "the App"), developed and operated by CG Apps Dev ("we", "us", or "our"). Please read them carefully before using the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using BeScan, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download, install, or use the App.

2. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, CG Apps Dev grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use BeScan on an Android device that you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business purposes.

  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or reverse-engineer the App, except as permitted by applicable law.
  • You may not use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App's functionality.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the documents, images, and content you create, scan, or manage using BeScan, as well as for maintaining the security of your own device.

  • You agree not to use BeScan to scan, generate, or distribute unlawful, infringing, or fraudulent content.
  • You are responsible for backing up any documents or files you create with the App.
  • You must comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations while using the App.

4. Intellectual Property

The BeScan application, including its design, logos, graphics, and underlying software, is the property of CG Apps Dev and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the App. Any documents or content you create using BeScan remain your own property.

5. Disclaimer

BeScan is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CG Apps Dev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, documents, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, BeScan, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, features, or legal requirements. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of BeScan after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
